Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”, “Terms of Service”) carefully before using the http://www.exclusivecareeradvice.com website and its associated mobile sites.

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use our Service.

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.


We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.


Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis (“Subscription(s)”). You will be billed in advance on a recurring basis as stated in the service. You can cancel at anytime but any service unused service cannot be refunded.

Intellectual Property

Exclusive Career Advice owns or holds a license for any the information, documents, videos, photographs, or any other information posted on this site. Using anything on this site without the express written permission of Exclusive Career Advice is not permitted.

Any post, comment, description, image, or video where it be in written or digital form posted on this site, the poster grants Exclusive Career Advice a word-wide, non-exclusive, roayalty free, and perpetual license to use their their post of the contents for the promotion of Exclusive Career Advice.


Our Service allows you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material (“Content”). In order to post content you must be of legal age in your country and must be able to enter into a legally binding contract.

You are responsible for ensuring any content you post does not violate anyone’s Intellectual Property rights, does not violate any laws, or will not be deemed offensive.

By creating an account, you wil be responsible for it and you will be responsbile for anyone else who may use it. Also, by creating an account you are agreeing to indenify and hold harmless Exclusive Career Advice for any claims resulting from your account.

Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by Exclusive Career Advice.

Exclusive Career Advice has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that Exclusive Career Advice shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.


We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 (change this) days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

Service Delivery

Length of Agreement

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, any consultion service purchased starts from the date payment and must be completed within 90 days. If service is not used within the 90 days, a reasonable attempt will be made to refund minus a £10 fee.


This service currently uses Stripe and payment can be done seamlessly via Stripe. If you email, sales@exclusivecareeradvice.com with the email address associated with your PayPal account and the services you wish to purchase, Exclusive Career Advice can send an invoice via PayPal.

Prices are quoted in British Pounds (GBP) and payment is made in pounds. Please be aware, some financial services may change a fee to convert your local currency into GBP or charge a fee for the transaction. Please be aware these fees are exclusive of the cost of the service and Exclusive Career Advice is unable to pay any fee associated with purchasing our service.

Start of Work

Exclusive Career Advice provides a consultation service for sale. Service will not begin until payment is received and cleared. Working day is defined as 8:00 – 5:00 PM Monday – Friday UK, which excludes weekends and officially recognised bank holidays in England. Any payment recieved outside of a working day will be considered received the next working day.

Once payment is received, Exclusive Career Advice will contact you within 24 hours (Monday – Thursday) and 48 hours (Friday – Sunday). Once contact is made, Exclusive Career Advice may require ask for additional information in order to provide the service. If the information is not provided Exclusive Career Advice may opt to cancel the service and withold £10 to cover administrative work in regards to time spent processing and contacting you.

Once all of the information required is received, Exclusive Career Advice will arrange a time to deliver the service at a time convienant for you.

If the need for the service is time sensitive (e.g. preparing for an interview or submitting CV for a specific job application) then Exclusive Career Advice recommends contact us at least 10 working days before the closing date. Alternatively Exclusive Career Advice advises emailing us at, sales@exclusivecareeradvice.com to discuss an expedited delivery.

Current delivery times

Please be aware Exclusive Career Advice is in the United Kingdom and there may be significant time differences. Also, please be aware calendar is defined as 8 AM – 5 PM UK time and anyting outside this time is considered the next calendar day.


Nothing herein contained shall be deemed or construed to create a partnership or joint venture among the parties. The duties and responsibilities of the Servicer shall be performed by the Service as an independent contractor and not as an agent of the Customer. The Servicer shall have full control of all of its acts, doings and proceedings relating to or requisite in connection with the discharge of its duties and responsibilities under this Agreement.


Exclusive Career Advice makes no warranties or representations that by consulting with us that it will result in a job interview, promotion, job offer, solve or reduce any work, job searching, job interviewing, or career related issue.

Customer warrants they have the ability to provide the information required, they are the owner of the informaiton, the information relates to them, the email address they are providing they use, contact information is accurate, and warrants to the best of their knowledge the information is correct at the time they provide it.

Customer warrants they have the required software, hardware, and equipment to allow the service to be delivered. If the customer believes there may be an issue impacting service delivery then they will immediately contact Exclusive Career Advice to arrange an alternative service delivery.


By purchasing any service liability is limited the cost of the service paid. Unless, limitation of liability is prohibited by the laws of the United Kingdom.

Force Majeure

No liability shall result from delay in performance or non-performance, in whole or in part, by either of the Parties to the extent that such delay or non-performance is caused by an event of Force Majeure. “Force Majeure” means an event that is beyond a non-performing Party’s reasonable control, including acts of God, strikes, lock-outs or other industrial/labour disputes, war, riot, civil commotion, terrorist act, malicious damage, epidemics, quarantines, fire, flood, storm or natural disaster. The Force Majeure Party shall, within five (5) days of the occurrence of the Force Majeure event, give written notice to the other Party stating the nature of the Force Majeure event, its anticipated duration and any action being taken to avoid or minimize its effect. Any suspension of performance shall be of no greater scope and of no longer duration than is reasonably required and the Force Majeure Party shall use best endeavours without being obligated to incur any material expenditure to remedy its inability to perform; provided, however, if the suspension of performance continues for sixty (60) days after the date of the occurrence and such failure to perform would constitute a material breach of this Agreement in the absence of such event of Force Majeure, the Parties shall meet and discuss in good faith any amendments to this Agreement to permit the other Party to exercise its rights under this Agreement. If the Parties are not able to agree on such amendments within thirty (30) days and if suspension of performance continues, such other Party may terminate this Agreement immediately by written notice to the Force Majeure Party, in which case neither Party shall have any liability to the other except for those rights and liabilities that accrued prior to the date of termination.

If our work does not meet your expection then please let us know immediately in order to allow us to fix it, by emailing sales@exclusivecareeradvice.com and if, within 14 days after purchasing your consultation you are not 100% happy with our service then we will refund you no questions asked.


This Terms of Service is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any issue resulting from the terms of service will be heard by the courts of England.
